If I enroll in classes, or join the waitlist and am automatically enrolled, I am responsible for all tuition and the mandatory campus fee (found here). *

I am responsible for my own enrollment. If I add a class and choose not to attend the class(es) I enrolled in, I must drop them in MyUCSC by the deadline (found here). If I do not, I accept the academic consequences (i.e. receiving an F). *

I will not be automatically dropped for non-payment (policy here). *

Summer Session's acceptance of this registration form does not admit me to the University. *
